Scotland's Euro 2008 qualifier against France next September will be played at the Parc des Princes in Paris, the French FA announced today.
With the Stade de France unavailable because of the Rugby World Cup, the French have had to choose an alternative venue for the crucial qualifier, which is scheduled for Wednesday, 12 September 2007.
The Parc des Princes has a capacity of just under 50,000, and demand for tickets is sure to be enormous from the Scotland Supporters Club which now has over 20,000 members, its highest ever level.
It was the national stadium in France for many years until the construction of the Stade de France in St Denis for the 1998 World Cup, but in recent years has been home to the club side Paris St Germain.
Paris here we come!
