Come on fella, plenty of time for organising Italy.. Loadsa cheapy airlines fly all over Italy..

Personally, don't want to be headed back to Milan though- its a dive;) Hopefully it is in Rome

Further to recent newspaper reports naming Rome as the venue for the away match in Italy on Wednesday 28th March, 2007, it must be stressed that this has NOT been confirmed to the SFA by the Italian football authorities. Details of the venue will be released via the SFA website only when this information has been officially confirmed by the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio. This could happen as late as January, 2007.

This is one place i don't think any of us had down for the game.... I've booked my flights direct for £99 monday-friday, just gotta sort out some digs now. Anyone else going?

** ITALY MATCH IN BARI **

Scotland's Euro 2008 qualifier away to Italy on 28 March will be played in the city of Bari, it has been confirmed today.

The crucial match will be in the 58,000 capacity Stadio San Nicola, home of AS Bari, which should ensure a good allocation of tickets for the travelling support. However, at this stage no decision has yet been made on how many tickets will be provided to Scotland, or the price of the tickets.

Bari, in the south east of Italy, could prove a challenging destination for supporters to reach, but at least the announcement brings an end to the frustrating wait for confirmation of a venue.
