is the time and date correct for this meeting? its just that this is exactly when the first cup final of this season is going to be kicking off.

I heard the meeting will be at 1 o'clock?

so plenty of time to watch the cup final. It's only the wee cup not even important enough to be on a Saturday!

I have changed it to 1pm, although I have not been informed of any change. Email I was sent said 3pm.

Hi guys, just to let you know there is an AGM in the tap on Sunday 15th March at 1 Sharp, . At the meeting all those going to Amsterdam, will be required to pay the balance of their hotel and bus money for Newcastle, the hotel balance is £55.00 and the bus money is £20.00 please either pay this anytime before the 15th or at the meeting at the very latest.

I don't have e-mail addresses for everyone, so could you please pass this information onto anyone that it concerns.
