At the end of this wee EBC article its says we're playing Czech Republic in Prague end of May.....anyone heard anything about it??

Confirmed on FIFA site......... Czechs arrange Scotland test

Czech Republic will play their last friendly ahead of UEFA EURO 2008 against Scotland in Prague on 30 May and not Belgium as originally planned, the team's technical manager announced on Monday.

The switch was required because most of the Belgian players will be at a camp preparing for the Men's Olympic Football Tournament in Beijing, Jaroslav Dudl explained.

"We must change, but we had indications that this might happen for some time and therefore prepared Scotland as a replacement," he added. As part of the deal, the Czechs will play a return match against Scotland in March 2010.

This summer, the Czechs will face co-hosts Switzerland in Basel on 7 June to open up the EURO 2008 campaign, before taking on Portugal four days later in Geneva and then Turkey on 15 June to complete their Group A schedule.

So.
LiviDiHard has pulled out due to a (under the) thumb injury.
Frasers pulled out due to holiday commitments........ I suspect another thumb injury
Gnasher has went AWOL....How's the thumb mate?
So many call-offs, it's beginning to look like a Scottish International Challenge Match.....wait a minute!! biggrin.gif

Was looking for my Car documents and noticed my passport was at the bottom of the drawer,
"Better put that by in a safe place for the Czech Republic trip" I thought to myself.
Had a wee look at my crazy looking photo and ****!! Noticed that my passport had expired on February. jawdrop.gif

Had I not been looking for my car documents I would not have made Prague, I would have gotten as far as Edinburgh Airport and been turned away.....tears.gif

Passport renewals don't need a signature now. Fill in 3 quick sections of the form and insert 2 photos, job done!!
