SCOTLAND'S opening World Cup qualifying match against Macedonia on September 6 could be switched to Bulgaria because a new stand being built at the Gradski Stadium in Skopje will not be complete and there will be no floodlights........... A Macedonian FA source said: "There are real doubts whether a FIFA inspection of the ground would give it the go-ahead. There are no other grounds in the country with the capacity to stage the game. So, if the ground does not get its safety certificate, it will have to be moved to Sofia.
