Just thought ide start this thread for any footsoldiers venturing into any gigs over the Edin Festival. Fire them down on this thread incase any other footsoldier is out that night - could save a few bob on a taxi home in wee small hours?
I'm going to see the Pixies at meadowbank stadium 28th. If you know who the pixies are then you'll want a ticket! If you've never heard of them then you clearly know nothing! Might get tickets for El Presedente at Liquid rooms which is on Sat 27th?
P.S Chemical Brothers have announced a gig at the SECC in December and Prodigy are playing end f November, if you like them - you MUST go see them live!
El Presedentewould be great to see. are you going to go and see them? prodigy were meant to be amazing at T in the park. White stripes are coming as well.

Andrew WTF happened to you on Sat for el presedente? You missed a great gig, i was plastered tho. Ended up tuckt up in bed by 12 which is a first for me in a long time. its £10 BTW!
Pixies were amazing at meadowbank on Sunday, first gig ive ever been to without spotting some weegie (unt spoiling it by wearing a celtic top and a berghaus jacket. Thousands of people and not one Ned!! As for the music - superb, top notch stuff forget how many classics they actualy have!
If you still dont know who the Pixies are they do the song in fight club where the flat is blowing up! Do yourself a favour and buy their album!
