Aye good one. Drove back to Ireland on Tuesday afternoon, missing the Dublin turn of on the M1 from Belfast. Was 10 minutes down the road before a sign for "The West " appeared.
F U C K !!!
Feeling a bit tired today, voice is not back yet and they spring it on me that they need interviewers for 16 potential analysts tomorrow!!! Free breakfast and lunch so jobs a good 'un.
I'll second the praise for the organisers, one of the best although I'm having nightmares about Marko crawling along the luggage rack. Bet the two Italian lassies are too!!!
Roll on Belarus!
PS Now have a bank account so can get a mobile phone tomorrow, txt comming to the usual suspects.

Now that I have been back for a few days and managed to catch up with the press that I missed, I can't help but feel that some unfair critisism of the Milan pubs/bars etc is unjust. We were in Milan in January and we were paying the same prices then as we were last week. The beers are expensive due to the Italians drinking culture and not that the Scots were in town. The English Bar where we were drinking actually dropped the prices for the Colas, Lemonades etc in our Spirits. The beer should have been 6euros during a football match (it's in their business card) but they kept them ar 4:50 or 5euros depending on your drink, the same price as January. I did appreciate that the first Italian couple through the door were charged 7euros each for a pint and a cola. Upon asking why their drinks were dearer than us, I was told "Cos they will make those two drinks last all fcuking night"
So for all those that drank in The English Football Pub, we were never exploited nor overcharged.
Here is another example. Upon our arrivall. Me and Gazza went into a bar. We were charged 4:50euros for a pint. The italians that were watching the football on the TV were all being charged 7euros a pint. The reason I was given was that we (me and Gazza) were here to drink and not to sit down with one pint and watch football. I rest my case.
spot on craigy boy about the engl*sh bar, i for one found the price of an extremely inviting measure of cider most agreeable with my finances, especially on thefriday. it was a case of short arms deep pockets thanks to my brief yet unasumming employers gavin and fabio!!! one small note of generosity from the delightfully efficient garcons, myself and franz klammer aka willie were presented with a t shirt each from the barstaff as a thankyou from them to us by which i mean the delectable "t.s.t.a"and we accepted wiyh immense glee and honour!!! by the way mines dizznae fit they dont do xxtent size. so its of to e bay for me
