1. It's held in Pumphy Golf Club (Cos I'm a cheapskate and I can get home within 5 minutes)
2. It's on a Saturday night (Cos if it's on Friday, I will not be able to get up for my work in the morning..........(this reason doesn't stop me going out on a Sunday night and getting rat-arsed even though I'm working on Monday morning mind you????))
3. It's between the hours of 7pm-12am (cos I might be able to get last orders at HQ)
4. We have a Band and not a disco. But no the usual band, a different band. But make sure the band are great but also cheap. But then again no too cheap, cos then they will be crap and I'll just no go!!
5. The buffet is an Indian/Mexican/Italian/Chinese mix that will be cooked and served by Gordon Ramsay at a cost of no more than 50p a head. 60p at a push?
6. That tickets are reasonably priced. £5 per adult or £2.50 for a family ticket for instance.
NB Only TSTA who are SSC members have tickets. If you ain't a member of both then you ain't got a ticket. Accordingly, we have ordered a bus that will accomodate only those TSTA who are also SSC members whose ticket order was placed via the club. Incidentally, before someone gives us grief on the ticket front Vicey tried like a bear to get extra tickets but we didn't get any. That means we have no room for others.
The Exception is you Jenny who told us well in advance that you have obtained a ticket through an alternative source. You have a seat on the bus
