Alec McLeish is hoping that the SPL will postone the SPL fixture list the weekend proir to the Italy game at Hampden. It makes perfect sense for them to do so and will hardly cause a fixture bottle neck, so let's hope that common sense prevails as I am sure it will.
Couldn't agree more - I feel there should be a two week gap before the Internationals and a week gap AFTER the game too - I'm clubs haven't made more noises about this to be honest.

Looks like Lex Luther et al at the SPL have seen sense for once - fixtures for the weekend before THAT game (any spare tickets??!) have been postponed. So they bloody well should..............
